Atlantic joins food forces with Slow Food Dublin to examine the threat of food-chain collapse as part of the IN CASE OF EMERGENCY exhibition at National Science Gallery, Dublin. The exhibition, which runs until April, explores how we are set up to deal with a collapse, a downfall, a downright apocalypse or other means or methods by which the world might end.
Atlantic joins with seafood experts such as Niall Sarabongi, founder of seafood wholesale business Sustainable Seafood Ireland and owner of Klaw restaurants, Sally Barnes from Woodcock Smokery in Skibereen, as well as director Risteard O’Domhnaill for a post screening Q&A.
